Completely is a Washington, DC–based career coaching practice that supports professionals across industries with career direction, job searching, leadership growth, and long-term career and life design.
We work with individuals at all stages — from early career professionals to senior leaders — as well as organizations seeking to better support and develop their people. Our coaching approach is practical, strategic, and deeply human, focused on helping clients move forward with clarity, confidence, and results.
As our client base continues to grow, we are expanding our coaching team to include a small group of exceptional part-time coaches who bring strong corporate experience, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced, thoughtful coach to support a growing roster of Completely clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching, values flexibility, and wants to be part of a collaborative, high-integrity coaching practice without needing to source their own clients or manage administrative logistics.
Responsibilities include:
Provide one-on-one career and professional coaching to Completely clients
Support clients with career direction, job searching, workplace navigation, leadership growth, and professional development
Coach using Completely’s proprietary coaching frameworks, tools, and methodology
Prepare for and document client sessions as needed within our systems
Participate in periodic team trainings and calibration meetings
Collaborate with Founder & CEO on client strategy when appropriate
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and care with all clients
This is a part-time contract role (3–15 hours per week) with flexibility and room to grow over time based on mutual interest and client demand.
Ideal Background & Experience
We are looking for a coach who brings both strong professional experience and a grounded, practical coaching style.
Required:
Coaching certification (ICF, Robbins-Madanes, BCC, or similar reputable program) or ability to get certified before starting with Completely
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience
Recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience advising professionals on careers, job searching, or leadership growth
Excellent listening, communication, and judgment
High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
Ability to coach within an established framework and methodology
Preferred:
2–4+ years of people management experience
HR or talent management experience
Experience working with mid-career or senior professionals
Prior coaching or mentoring experience with measurable client outcomes
Experience with the Google Suite and Calendly

You will not be responsible for marketing, selling, or managing payments.
Time Commitment & Structure
Approximately 3–15 hours per week
Flexible scheduling based on coach availability and client demand
Fully remote
Primarily weekday client sessions
Candidates must be available for a weekly or bi-weekly check-in between 1pm–5pm Eastern Time
