Gabriel “Gabe” Arteaga, Business Coach and Facilitator
Tapping into the creativity, curiosity, and lived experiences of leaders and their teams is at the core of what excites Gabe about his work. For him, the most rewarding moments come when clients experience an “aha” moment—when challenges that once felt overwhelming begin to untangle. You can see it in the twinkle in their eyes, the confidence in their posture, the ease with which they begin discussing difficult problems, and the laughter and camaraderie that emerge as possibilities become clearer. Helping people move from uncertainty to action, while keeping the needs of their communities and customers at the center, is what continues to drive his passion for this work.
Whether conducting research with end users, facilitating collaborative workshops, or charting a path through complex challenges, Gabe is passionate about helping organizations uncover practical solutions to their most pressing problems. He is particularly interested in how emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, can be responsibly deployed in the social impact sector—where resources may be limited, but the opportunity for meaningful impact is immense.
Gabriel holds an MBA with a focus on Key Executive Leadership from American University and a B.A. in Political Science and Social Science with a focus on Ethnographic Research from University of California, Riverside. As the Co-Founder of Create&, Gabriel “Gabe” Arteaga trains on innovation frameworks such as Design Sprints, Lean Startup, storytelling, and Community Experience Design (CxD) to launch their biggest ideas. He works at the intersection of social impact, innovation, and human-centered design, creating immersive virtual and in-person environments that spark creative conversations and lead to new products, services, programs, and strategic initiatives. He also helped Completely get its start by designing its brand and business strategy when the organization was founded in 2019. Outside of work, he enjoys running along the Potomac River and the National Mall in Washington, DC.
