Group Career Coaching (Launching June 2026)

Maybe it seems like you are doing all the right things but not seeing results, or perhaps you are not even sure what the next step is for you professionally.

Jumpstart your job search with Group Career Coaching! In this small, supportive cohort (12-20 participants), you will meet once weekly to discover your strengths, passions, ideal career as well as learn practical job searching strategies for today’s market.

This program meets virtually on Wednesdays from 4:00 - 5:30pm ET starting June 3, 2026

Program OVerview

The program is divided into two sections which you can take together or separately based upon your needs:

Phase 1: Career Clarity (7–8 weeks)
This phase focuses on getting clear on your career path and what you actually want in your next step.

You will move from feeling unsure what you would like to do next or unable to articulate your goals to confidently communicating what you are looking for in networking conversations, interviews, and your job search overall. This clarity will help you to have more direction and success while you are job searching.

You will develop this clarity through a series of structured exercises that Completely has refined over nearly a decade of coaching people just like you to get to where they want to be professionally. We will explore your working style, values, and work-life philosophy, and use these insights to get clear on what your ideal job looks like. The end result is a customized and proprietary Decision Matrix you will use to evaluate and determine the best next steps in your career.

You will leave this phase with:

  • A customized Decision Matrix to evaluate career opportunities so you can choose what is best for you using a data-driven, informed tool

  • The ability to clearly and concisely articulate the role(s) you are targeting, the industry you want to work in, and the people you want to serve

  • Defined criteria for what matters most to you (values, environment, responsibilities, and priorities)

  • A deeper understanding of your working style and how it impacts your career choices

  • A refined work-life philosophy to guide your decision-making

  • Greater confidence in the professional direction you are pursuing

Phase 2: Job Searching Strategy (6-7 weeks)

This phase focuses on practical job search strategies.

You will learn how to:

  • Write or update your resume and cover letter effectively for an applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Optimize your LinkedIn Profile

  • Network with professionals in the field for referrals and connections

  • Ace your interviews

  • Negotiate a job offer (including compensation, start date, and PTO)

  • Daily and weekly metrics and key performance indicators to keep you focused and effective with your job search

Why This Works

The average job seeker applying to positions online applies for approximately 100 positions to get responses back from just 3-5 companies. Typically it takes 10+ responses to secure an interview and takes 10+ interviews with different companies to land a single offer.

  • Completely’s Group Career Coaching Program is a structured, small-group experience designed to help you move from uncertainty to clarity to action and results.

    The program is divided into two phases:

    Phase 1: Career Clarity helps you get clear on what you want and how to articulate it. (7-8 weeks) 

    Phase 2: Job Searching Strategy helps you pursue that direction with an effective, focused approach. (6-7 weeks) 

    You can enroll in either phase individually or complete both for a full, end-to-end experience.

    Start with Phase 1: Career Clarity if you:

    • Prefer one-on-one support over a group or classroom-style setting

    • Find it difficult to stay engaged or focused in group environments

    • Are not willing or able to spend 1–2 hours between sessions on reflection and exercises

    • Are looking for someone to do the work for you, rather than being an active participant in your job searching process

    • Are currently navigating challenges that would be better supported through therapy or more individualized care

  • The group meets once per week on Wednesdays from 4:00 -5:30 pm ET for a facilitated coaching session.

    • Sessions run approximately 75–90 minutes

    • Each session includes teaching, discussion, and practical exercises

    • Groups typically include 12–20 participants

    Sessions are recorded and shared, though live participation is strongly encouraged for discussion and feedback.

  • Participants should expect to spend approximately 1–2 hours between sessions completing reflection exercises, worksheets, or small action steps related to our curriculum materials.

    Some weeks involve lighter reflection work, while others include deeper exercises designed to help you clarify your priorities, values, or decision-making criteria.

    The goal of the between-session work is not to overwhelm you, but to ensure that you are actively applying what you learn in the sessions. Most participants find that the time they invest outside the sessions helps them make meaningful progress and get more value from each meeting.

  • Many coaching programs focus either on generalized self-reflection or job search tactics, but rarely both. 

    This program is designed to connect the two to get you results.


    Participants first clarify what they want through structured exercises, coaching, and the development of a Decision Matrix. Once that clarity is established, the program shifts into tactical job search strategy to help participants pursue opportunities aligned with their goals.

    Unlike self-paced programs, this experience is live, interactive, and intentionally small, allowing for real-time feedback, accountability, and support from both your coach and the group.

  • No. 

    While your expertly trained career coach facilitates each session and provides guidance and feedback, the experience is different from individual coaching. Group coaching provides structured guidance, tools, and peer discussion in a small cohort setting. Participants benefit from hearing different perspectives and learning from the experiences of others in the group.

    Some participants choose to combine group coaching with individual coaching for even more personalized support.

  • While consistent attendance is highly encouraged, we understand that schedules shift and unexpected situations come up.

    All sessions will be recorded and shared with participants, so you will be able to review the material if you are unable to attend live.

    You will also still receive the exercises and materials associated with that session so that you can complete the work on your own and stay aligned with the group.
