  • Let’s start with one question for you: How much time do you lose each week trying to plan, prioritize, or decide what to do next?

…Now imagine getting that time back.

The Executive Board Meeting: Complete the Week program is a small-group coaching program for Completely clients designed to help you plan your week consistently with accountability and strategic support. You meet weekly or every other week, depending on your selected Accountability Cohort, for a facilitated planning session where you map priorities, align to your longer-term goals, and prepare to execute the week ahead with clarity.

Sarah will guide you alongside a group of like-minded Completely clients. If you have attended and enjoyed the annual planning workshop, this is a mini, weekly version designed to create meaningful impact in your daily life.

Research shows that people who write down their plans and goals are about 42% more likely to achieve them, and that spending 30 minutes planning your week can result in 2–5 hours of regained time. Doing this consistently, with accountability, improves execution and follow-through more than twofold - closing the gap between intention and action so you can more deliberately build the life and career you deserve.

  • High Accountability Cohort: Meets every Friday at 12:30 pm EST

Maintenance Cohort: Meets at 12:30 pm EST on the first and third Friday of each month

See “How to Choose Your Accountability Cohort” for more information.

*While consistent attendance is an important part of the accountability structure, we understand that life happens. All sessions will be recorded and shared with participants so you can catch up, without FOMO, feeling under pressure, or incurring any penalties.

  • Executive Board Meeting: Complete the Week is designed for current and former Completely clients who are high-functioning, capable, and juggling a lot — and who want more structure, consistency, and intentionality in how they work week to week.

This program is a great fit if you:

    • Want to regain control of your personal and professional life, time and calendar

    • Manage complex workloads or competing priorities

    • Regularly set goals - and want stronger follow-through and fewer loose ends

    • Want to reduce decision fatigue and start each week with a clear, manageable action plan

    • Care deeply about using your time well, not just staying busy

    • Want the confidence of knowing nothing important is slipping through the cracks

    • Benefit from protected time on the calendar to pause, plan, and prioritize

    • Work best with consistency, structure, and external accountability

    • Have recently stepped into a new role or increased level of responsibility

    • Are building something new (a business, academic program, or major project) alongside existing commitments

  • We offer two Accountability Cohorts so you can choose the level of support that best fits your current situation. Both cohorts use the same Executive Board Meeting planning framework - the difference is how much consistency and support you want around it.

High Accountability Cohort: Meets every Friday at 12:30 pm EST
Best for those who want consistent weekly planning support and ongoing momentum.

    • This cohort is designed for people who benefit from weekly consistency and regular touch points to stay focused, grounded, and create results quickly.

    • You will meet weekly on Fridays at 12:30 PM EST. Weeks 1 and 3 of the month are planning-only sessions (30–40 minutes) where you log in, review the prior week, set priorities, and map your upcoming week on the calendar. Weeks 2 and 4 include additional coaching and optional Q&A with Sarah (45–60 minutes total), followed by the same guided planning process.

Every session is intentionally designed to help you plan efficiently and log off ready to execute. If you are deciding between cohorts, this is typically the best place to start. The weekly rhythm helps planning become automatic rather than something you have to think about.

Maintenance Cohort: Meets at 12:30 pm EST on the first and third Friday of each month

Best for those who have momentum and want lighter-touch accountability.

    • This cohort is designed for people who feel steady in their planning habits and want a simple, structured check-in to stay aligned and intentional without weekly touch points.

    • You will meet twice per month, joining the planning-only sessions in Weeks 1 and 3 (30–40 minutes). Each session follows the same guided Executive Board Meeting planning process: reviewing the prior week, setting priorities, and mapping the upcoming week on your calendar. The focus is on maintaining consistency and momentum with minimal lift.

This cohort works well during calmer situations or after you have built a strong planning rhythm in the High Accountability Cohort.

    Flexibility note:
You can upgrade to the High Accountability Cohort at any time. If you choose to downgrade, you may do so at the end of your current subscription period. Many clients opt between cohorts as their situation and schedules change.

  • If your schedule is already full, this program is designed to give you time back, not take more of it.

Each session is a facilitated weekly planning meeting lasting 30–45 minutes. During this time, you step out of execution mode to think strategically, planning like a general so that you can execute like a soldier during the week. Rather than carrying your to-do list around in your head or re-planning on the fly, you use this time to make clear decisions and move forward with confidence

The group is intentionally kept small (approximately 20–30 in the cohort) to support focus, psychological safety, ease of participation, and a sense of community. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you would like.

Clients log off with a clear, realistic plan for the week ahead and find that this time replaces hours of second-guessing, re-planning, and mental fatigue during the week.

  • As you have worked with Completely before, you will find this program familiar and more focused on planning to improve your results. Executive Board Meeting: Complete the Week is a group-based planning and accountability space rather than one-to-one coaching. It focuses on weekly planning, prioritization and follow-through, making it an excellent way to maintain momentum during a full season or between periods of more intensive support.

  • This is a valid concern, and we understand your point. The good news is that this program is designed to provide accountability and planning support, rather than peer coaching. The focus is on helping you plan your week, fulfil your commitments and maintain consistency, rather than providing or receiving coaching advice from your peers.

Because of that, a mix of experience levels is not a drawback. Accountability works across all career stages. You don’t need 10 years of experience to answer the core question of this program: “Did you do what you said you were going to do?”

  • No. Your schedule is full, and the last thing you need is more talk with no action. This program is intentionally built to be the opposite.

Instead of thinking about planning your week, this program creates the space for you to actually plan in real-time, with minimal lecture and maximum doing. Our goal is to help you spend more time taking action and less time talking about taking action or feeling stuck about what to do.

  • While consistent attendance is an important part of the accountability structure, we understand that life happens. All sessions will be recorded and shared with participants so you can catch up, without FOMO, feeling under pressure, or incurring any penalties.
